Embodiment 1

[0041] 1. Synthesis of CH 3 NH 2 PB x Br 3-x (x=2) perovskite powder

[0042] Weigh 12g lead acetate trihydrate ((CH 3 COO) 2 Pb·3H 2 0), join in the round bottom flask of 200mL, put into a magnetic stirring bar, place in the water bath. According to lead acetate: Measure 14 mL of 57% hydroiodic acid solution and 32 mL of 40% hydrobromic acid (HBr) respectively, and add them to a round bottom flask. After stirring and heating at 80°C for 0.5h, a clear and transparent solution was obtained. Then weigh 3g mass fraction of 33% methylamine aqueous solution (CH 3 h 2 xH2O) was added, and continued to stir and heat in a water bath at 80° C. for 2 h, and powder precipitated at the bottom of the round bottom flask. After filtration, it was washed twice with anhydrous ether, and dried in an oven at 80°C for 24 hours to obtain the synthetic CH 3 NH 2 PB x Br 3-x (x=2) Perovskite powder.

[0050] 1. Synthesis of CH 3 NH 2 PbBr x Cl 3-x (x=2) perovskite powder

[0051] Weigh 12g lead acetate trihydrate ((CH 3 COO) 2 Pb·3H 2 0), join in the round bottom flask of 200mL, put into a magnetic stirring bar, place in the water bath. Measure 32 mL of hydrobromic acid (HBr) with a mass fraction of 40% and 9.2 mL of a hydrochloric acid solution with a mass fraction of 36%, respectively, and add them to a round bottom flask. Stir and heat at 80°C for 0.5h to obtain a clear and transparent solution, then weigh 3g of 35% methylamine aqueous solution (CH 3 NH 2 ·H 20) added, and continued to stir and heat in a water bath at 80°C for 2h, and powder precipitated at the bottom of the round-bottomed flask. After filtering, wash 3 times with anhydrous ether, put it in an oven and dry at 80°C for 24h to obtain CH 3 NH 2 PbBr x Cl 3-x (x=2) Perovskite powder.

Abstract

The invention provides a perovskite single crystal rapid growth method with an adjustable forbidden band width. The forbidden band width of a perovskite material is regulated and controlled by regulating and controlling the proportion of raw material halogen. Halogen-mixed perovskite powder is obtained through synthesis and dissolved in an organic solvent, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol or polyacrylic acid is added, and the halogen-mixed perovskite single crystal with the adjustable forbidden band width is grown through low-temperature heating. The synthesized iodine/bromine and bromine/chlorine arbitrarily-proportioned mixed lead-based methylamine perovskite single crystal is large in size, regular in shape and good in crystallinity. According to the method, the unit valence of the lead-based methylamine halogen perovskite can be randomly regulated and controlled, and the forbidden band width is randomly regulated and controlled from 1.51 eV to 2.94 eV. An experimental device is simple and low in cost, the process is simple and reliable, and the obtained single crystal has good crystallinity. And the variety of perovskite single crystal materials is broadened. And a new material basis is provided for searching perovskite materials with more excellent performance in the fields of photoelectric detectors and light-emitting devices.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for rapid growth of perovskite single crystals with adjustable bandgap width, in particular to a method for adjusting the bandgap width by changing the mixing ratio of different halogens, which provides a basis for finding perovskite materials with more excellent properties new material basis. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development of the world economy and the continuous consumption of fossil energy and other resources, human beings urgently need to develop new renewable and environmentally friendly new energy sources. As a green and renewable energy source, solar energy can meet the increasing energy demand of the world. Photovoltaic solar power generation systems have been widely used because of their environmental protection, safety and sustainability, and improving photoelectric conversion efficiency and reducing production costs are of great significance to the development of the ph...
