Abstract

The invention relates to a comprehensive processing system applied to coal-derived ethylene glycol exhaust gas / liquid for recycling and ultra-clean emission. Methyl nitrite (MN) section waste gas, methanol rectification waste gas, pressure swing adsorption (PSA) waste gas, methyl formate (MF) light distillate waste gas, MF waste liquid and accompanying-combustion gas are all atomized through a spray gun and are delivered into incineration equipment; flue gas of the incineration equipment firstly passes through a selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) denitration section for denitration, andthen passes through a waste heat recovery system, a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration section and an air preheater to realize waste heat recovery, and finally, ultra-clean emission is realized. According to the system, ultra-low nitrogen combustion of the high-concentration waste gas / liquid is realized by employing a fractional combustion technology, and an SNCR and SCR combined denitration technology is employed to realize ultra-clean emission of NOx of the high-concentration waste gas / liquid; the waste heat recovery system is utilized to recover high-temperature and medium-temperature flue gas waste heat for power generation and user production; the SCR denitration temperature is reached after medium pressure steam is by-produced from the flue gas, and the waste liquid spray gun and flue gas dust removal function are improved; and the entire system is safe to operate, high in operating efficiency and high in energy utilization rate.
