In later application, carboxylic acid groups of polyacrylic acid can be combined with amino groups on the surface of cartilage through coupling reaction of 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide to form fixedsites, so that the polyacrylic acid is anchored on the surface of the articular cartilage to play a role in boundary lubrication, frictional wear of the articular cartilage is relieved, and the cartilage repair effect is improved.
