The EPS and mussel extract compounded skin barrier repairing dressing comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.05%-0.12% of hyaluronic acid, 0.5%-0.8% of sodium alginate, 0.06%-0.15% of tremella heteropolysaccharide, 6%-8% of glycerol, 0.3%-1% of dihydric alcohol, 1%-2% of trehalose, 1%-2% of mannose, 0.02%-0.05% of lactic acid bacteria exopolysaccharide, 0.03%-0.08% of a mussel extract, 1%-2% of betaine, 1.5%-2.3% of amino acid, 1.8%-2.5% of PCA (pyrrolidone carboxylate) sodium, 0.01%-0.03% of a preservative, and the balance of water.
