antibacterial drug doxycycline is loaded on a shell structure of a substrate layer and a needle body of the microneedle patch, and a core structure contains
simvastatin-loaded polydopamine nanoparticles. The microneedle patch can release antibacterial drugs in stages, and the number of
bacteria at local parts of a focus can be rapidly reduced in a short time through burst release of the antibacterial drugs in the first stage, so that
inflammation spreading is controlled; in the second stage, the antibacterial
medicine is slowly released, so that the formation of a new plaque
biofilm is inhibited for a long time, meanwhile,
