The present invention discloses a
machine tool
operating system and control method thereof. The
system includes a main controller and an electronic monitor, a left
handle, a right
handle, and a
solenoid valve group, respectively connected to the main controller. The electronic monitor is used for function selection and status display, and includes a
machine tool control component custom interface and a main interface. The
machine tool control component custom interface includes an analog switch, a left
handle button, a right handle button, a self-reset setting button corresponding to the analog switch, a control component group disable setting button, a control component
group selection button, a control component
group function swap button, and a control component group two control component function swap button. The main interface includes an analog switch operation area. The main controller is used to control the left handle, the right handle, and the
solenoid valve group to perform corresponding actions based on the function selection
signal of the electronic monitor. The present invention can improve program compatibility, provide multiple operation
modes, enhance operational convenience, reduce costs, and improve
operational safety and human-computer interaction.
