A structure of an ice scraping
machine, comprising An ice-claw plate rotary drive unit comprising a motor, a first gear set, a worm shaft, and an ice-claw plate, wherein the motor is capable of rotating the first gear set, and a protruding keyway extends from a bore wall at a gear bore of an end gear of the first gear set; the worm shaft passes through the gear bore, an axially extending recess is formed at a position on a circumferential surface, the recess allowing the protruding keyway to be embedded therein, and when the end gear rotates, the worm shaft is set into rotation together via the protruding keyway; and an upper center of the ice-claw plate is fixedly connected to a lower end of the worm shaft, and a bottom of the ice-claw plate projects downward to form the ice claws to engage with a top of an ice block; an ice claw plate lifting
control unit comprising a manual adjustment wheel arranged on the outside of a
machine housing of the
ice scraper machine, a wheel shaft of the adjustment wheel connected to a second gear set, and a final gear of the second gear set meshing with the worm shaft; A scraper blade
assembly installed on the underside of a container into which the ice block can be placed, the container being connectable to or detachable from the machine housing; the scraper blade
assembly comprising a scraper blade, an inclined slide, an external
threaded rod, an internal threaded bore, and a rotary knob; and wherein the underside of the container is spaced apart to form a receiving chamber, the inclined slide is installed in the receiving chamber, and a lower end of the scraper blade is attached to an inclined surface of the inclined slide; an upper end of the scraper blade and the inclined surface extend vertically through an opening in the underside of the container and project into the container;and the angled slide, located at one end opposite the scraper blade, is connected to one end of the external
threaded rod, the internal threaded bore is attached to a wall surface of the container, the other end of the external
threaded rod being led out of the machine housing after engagement with the internal threaded bore to be fastened to the rotary knob, a section of the external threaded rod protruding outside the machine housing being fitted with a compression spring, and two ends of the compression spring resting between an outer wall of the machine housing and the rotary knob; and ; a braking device that serves to
brake the final gear immobile.
