The sheet bodies are combined with the connection bridge to form a catamaran. The upper-layer building and control chamber is located near the ship bow and used for containing a control panel, a control panel power source, ship handling operators and the like. The water turbine cabin is used for containing a tide current generation portion and is of a semi-open structure, the upper portion of the water turbine cabin is sealed and the lower portion of the water turbine cabin is communicated with the sea. The sea water desalination cabin is used for containing a sea water desalting kit. The water storage cabin is used for containing a water storage box.
