The invention relates to a monoazo compound taking
thiophene derivatives as a
diazo component and a preparation method and application thereof. The monoazo compound is shown as a formula (1), and in the formula (1), R1 is
hydrogen, methoxyl, ethyoxyl, propoxy, butoxy, 2-methoxyl ethyl or
halogen; R2 and R3 refer to
hydrogen, C1-6 straight-chain or branched-chain
alkyl or naphthenic chain,
alkyl chains refer to inclusion atoms or non-inclusion atoms, allyl, cyanoethyl, benzyl, benzyl ethyl, alpha-methyl benzyl and -R6COOR7, R6 refers to
methylene,
ethylene and propylene, R7 refers to C1-6 straight-chain or branched-chain
alkyl or naphthenic chain, and alkyl chains refer to inclusion atoms or non-inclusion atoms; R4 is
hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, hydroxyl, -NHO2S-C1-4 alkyl or substituted alkyl, -NHO-C1-4 alkyl or substituted alkyl,
halogen, -NHO2S-C-4 alkyl or substituted alkyl and -NHOC-C1-4 alkyl or substituted alkyl, and C1-4 in the NHO2SC14 alkyl or substituted alkyl is methyl, ethyl,substituted alkyl is 2-methoxy ethyl or chloroethyl; and R5 is a C1-4 alkyl group. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a diazonium salt from a diazonium component in
sulfuric acid, and
coupling the diazonium salt with a
coupling component in
acid water to prepare the target compound. The obtained dye is high in color development intensity, bright in color light and goodin application performance.
