Abstract

This invention relates to a method for preparing straw cellulose by adsorption-enzymolysis with cellulose. The method comprises: (1) steam-exploding straw, drying, mixing with cellulose solution, performing adsorption-desorption at -4-0 deg.C, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain supernatant and cellulose-adsorbed steam-exploded straw; (2) performing enzymolysis on the straw at 40-50 deg.C for 48-72 h; (3) repeating adsorption-desorption and enzymolysis for 1-4 times. The cellulase consumption is 6 IU/g substrate, and the productivity of reducing sugar is 17.70-27.07 mg/IU cellulase. The method also has such advantages as short enzymolysis time, low energy consumption and recoverable cellulose.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis, in particular to a method for using cellulase to absorb and enzymatically decompose straw cellulose, so as to make efficient use of cellulase. Background technique [0002] my country is rich in available plant cellulose resources, and the annual output of crop straw alone can reach as much as 700 million tons. The research on cellulose saccharification started nearly two hundred years ago. Early studies mainly used concentrated acid method and dilute acid method to hydrolyze saccharified cellulose into glucose. The acid hydrolysis method has the biggest advantage of fast reaction speed, but due to the consumption of a large amount of acid, the corrosion of the reaction equipment, and the high energy consumption, the sugar produced by acid hydrolysis is easy to degrade and usually produces uronic acid or furfural, etc. Unfavorable by-products of fermentation or processing. Althoug...
