Abstract

The invention discloses a method for treating vanadium pentoxide wastewater and circularly utilizing resources, and relates to industrial wastewater treatment and cyclic utilization of resources. The method comprises the following steps of: adjusting pH in the vanadium pentoxide wastewater, adding a reducing agent and reducing to trivalent chromium; adding a precipitator into the vanadium pentoxide wastewater, and separating to sludge and supernate after reaction; filtering the supernate, adsorbing the wastewater obtained by filtration to obtain purified wastewater, pumping the purified wastewater into a low pressure reverse osmosis system, and desalting to obtain dialyzate 1 and concentrated liquid 1; pumping the concentrated liquid 1 into a high pressure reverse osmosis system to carry out high pressure reverse osmosis desalting to obtain dialyzate 2 and concentrated liquid 2, combining the dialyzate 2 and the dialyzate 1 to obtain regenerating water as water for vanadium leaching in a leaching station in production, and causing the concentrated liquid to enter an electroosmosis system; feeding the concentrated liquid 2 into the electroosmosis system through a water pump and concentrating the concentrated liquid 2, causing the generated dialyzate 3 to enter the high pressure reverse osmosis system, and continuously and circularly treating, and discharging the concentrated liquid 3 into a salting ball forming station salt water pool in production of the vanadium pentoxide as salt water.
