Problems solved by technology

Although this method can be used to obtain the separation layer simply and conveniently, it is difficult to precisely control the thickness of the surface layer.
Thickness is a key factor affecting flux and separation efficiency, so the coating method cannot precisely control the membrane performance

Embodiment 1

[0020] (1) Soak the PAN ultrafiltration membrane in 1M NaOH aqueous solution, heat it in a 60°C water bath for 30min, take it out and wash it in clean water. (2) Prepare a 1mg / mL PDDA solution containing 0.5M NaCl as a supporting electrolyte. (3) Prepare a 1mg / mL PSS solution containing 0.5M NaCl as a supporting electrolyte. (4) Immerse the base film prepared in (1) in the solution of (2) for 5 minutes, and wash with water for 10 minutes to remove excess physical adsorption substances on the surface. Then immerse it in the solution of (3) for 5 minutes, wash it with water for 10 minutes to remove excess physical adsorption substances on the surface, and complete the preparation of a double layer. Repeat the operation of (4) to prepare 20.5 layers of multilayer polyelectrolyte composite membrane. The assembled membrane was placed in water for use.

Abstract

The invention provides a polyelectrolyte pervaporation desalting composite membrane and a preparation method thereof. Polycation and polyanion are alternatively adsorbed on the surface of a basement membrane in a mode of layer-by-layer assembling; a compact and uniform separating layer is formed on the surface of the basement membrane. The method is mild in membrane preparation condition, convenient, rapid, and used for preparing the membrane mechanically and automatically; a polyelectrolyte multi-layer membrane is stable in structure, good in hydrophilia, beneficial to water molecular diffusion, good in compactness, and beneficial to desalting. The membrane is applied to saline water desalting; the saline water temperature is 20-70 DEG C; the saline water concentration is 0-100,000ppm; the conductivity of a fresh water collecting side is less than 10micron / cm<1->, and the desalting rate is greater than 99%, and the pervaporation reflux reaches 46L / (m2h); when the concentration of a feed solution is increased to 100,000pm, the membrane performance is still constant; when the temperature of the feed solution is increased to 70 DEG C, the membrane performance still keeps stable. The separation membrane is used in the field of desalting saline water with the low concentration, seawater, thick saline water and the like, and solves the limit of the high-concentration saline water desalting by adopting an existing reverse osmosis technique and the limit of high energy consumption caused by multi-effect evaporation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of polyelectrolyte multilayer composite membranes for brine desalination. Background technique [0002] In the field of separation and purification, membrane separation technology is currently the most widely used method. The reason is that the method has high separation efficiency, low energy consumption, and simple process and equipment. In brine desalination, commonly used methods are multi-effect evaporation, electrodialysis and reverse osmosis. The former two consume a lot of energy and have complicated equipment. The reverse osmosis membrane needs to overcome the osmotic pressure of concentrated brine when it is used. When the concentration of the raw material solution increases, it needs a higher operating pressure, which requires higher equipment performance, and the reverse osmosis membrane is easily polluted during use. The pervaporation technology for desalination has no special requirements on...
