According to the method, three process units, namely oxidation treatment under ultraviolet irradiation, flocculation and sedimentation and pH value callback are adopted. According to the method, hydrogen peroxide is oxidized under ultraviolet irradiation in the presence of a specific catalyst so as to realize EDTA removal of the rinsing waste water containing EDTA, and the problem of membrane blockage caused by existence of an EDTA complex during a water recycling process is effectively solved.
