Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapid determination of vitamin B1 and vitamin C in a multivitamin tablet. The method comprises the steps of: (1) sample treatment: conducting dissolution, extraction, centrifugation, filtration and other pretreatment steps on a sample to obtain a filtrate; (2) sample analysis: employing an in situ spray ionization device to perform analysis, sucking the filtrate and methanol in a volume ratio of 1:1 and using the mixture to fill a drawn borosilicate glass capillary, inserting a metal microelectrode, placing the glass capillary at the front end of an ion mobility spectrometer sample introduction port, applying spray voltage to ionize the sample, letting the sample enter a drift tube, performing separation, and then conducting detection by a faraday cup detector.
