Abstract

The invention discloses a desulfurization system with zerowastewater emission and reusable slurry and treatment method thereof. The system comprises a regulation sedimentation pond, a triple-header, a clarifier and a clean water tank, all of which are connected sequentially. The regulation sedimentation pond is communicated with the waste water source. The triple-header comprises a reaction rank, a neutral tank and a coagulation tank connected in sequential order. The reaction tank is connected with the regulation sedimentation pond. The coagulation tank is connected with the clarifier. The reaction tank is connected with an organic sulfur dosing device. The bottoms of the regulation sedimentation pond, the triple-header and the clarifier are all communicated with a slurry storage pond through pipes. A first pump provides the power to drive the slurry in the pipe. The slurry storage pond is communicated with a desulfurization tower through pipes. A second pump provides the power to drive the slurry to flow. The slurry is used as the desulfurization agent and is ejected into the desulfurization tower for desulfurization.
