The hyperbranched polyethyleneimine contains 10-30 nitrogen atoms. The monoisocyanate-terminated prepolymer is produced by a reaction of a diisocyanate monomer and monobasic alcohol having nitrogen atom number of 3-12. The silicone sealant has the advantages of good adhesion to concrete and a metal base layer, good flexibility, good weatherability, hydrolysis resistance, large elongation, high resilience, low modulus, good fatigue resistance, good thixotropic effect, construction convenience and simple production processes.
