The general chemical formula of the perovskite crystals is MA<x>FA<1-x>PbI<3-y-z>Br<y>Cl<z>; x is larger than 0 and smaller than 1, y is larger than 0 and smaller than 3, and z is larger than 0 and smaller than 3; the organic doping agent is selected from one or more of long-chain primary amine, multi-amine and hydramine; and the carbon chain of the long-chain primary amine comprises 3-16 carbon atoms.
