Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid screening method for illegally added 132 chemical drugs in Chinese patent medicines and health care products. The method adopts an Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18 chromatographic column for separation, and uses 0.1% formic acid water-acetonitrile as the mobile phase, uses electrospray ionization in a positive ion mode, and employs a pre-set multi-reaction monitoring model. The results show that the method has a good linear relationship with the 132 chemical drugs in a linear range, and the quantitation limit is 2microg/Kg-200microg/Kg; the recovery rate is 43.36%-114.92% under low, middle and high adding levels; and RSD is 0.4%-14.81%. The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong specificity, simplicity and rapidity, and can be effectively used for simultaneous rapid screening of 132 illegally added chemical drugs in health care product and Chinese patent medicine samples.
