The invention discloses an improver for basic soil and a preparation method thereof. The improver for the basic soil is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of sorghum straw activated carbon, 35 to 42 parts of fermented maize straw powder, 120 to 130 parts of organic ecological fertilizer, 15 to 18 parts of urea, 10 to 12 parts of diammonium hydrogen phosphate,8 to 10 parts of flue gas desulfurization gypsum, 8 to 10 parts of coal-fired flue gas desulfurization waste, 20 to 25 parts of vinegar residue, 15 to 20 parts of vinasse, 30 to 45 parts of furfuralresidue, 8 to 10 parts of water-retaining agent, 15 to 20 parts of aluminum sulfate, 10 to 12 parts of zinc sulfate, 12 to 14 parts of ferrous sulfate and 30 to 50 parts of sulfur. The improver has the beneficial effects that the improver for the basic soil can be used for fundamentally decreasing the pH (potential of Hydrogen) value of a soil solution, is used for ameliorating the basic trait ofthe soil; the preparation method of the improver is simple, easy and feasible, and is low in cost and short in time, and the improver is suitable for the large-scale improvement on the basic soil.
