Abstract

The invention discloses porous silicon carbide ceramic for a steam type medical atomizer and a preparation method of the porous silicon carbide ceramic. The preparation method comprises the followingsteps: (1) proportioning raw materials: weighing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40-70wt% of silicon carbide, 10-30wt% of an adhesive, 10-30wt% of a sintering aid and 10-30wt% ofa pore-forming agent; the sum of the components is 100%; (2) mixing and pulping; (3) carrying out spray granulation; (4) carrying out compression molding; (5) sintering; and (6) carrying out super-hydrophilic treatment: putting obtained porous silicon carbide ceramic into an 10-90% acetic acid solution to be soaked for 2-10 hours in a room temperature environment; and (7) taking out the porous silicon carbide ceramic, cleaning the acetic acid solution on the surface, and finally drying. The steam type medical atomizer prepared from the porous silicon carbide ceramic has the characteristics ofhigh strength, safety, sanitation, no slag falling, high heat conduction speed, thermal shock resistance, high atomization speed and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical devices, in particular to a porous silicon carbide ceramic for a steam medical nebulizer and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Nebulization inhalation therapy is an important and effective treatment method in the treatment of respiratory diseases. The medical nebulizer is used to atomize the liquid medicine into tiny particles. The purpose of pain, rapid and effective treatment. Medical nebulizers belong to the second class of medical devices, mainly used to treat various upper and lower respiratory diseases, such as colds, fever, cough, asthma, sore throat, pharyngitis, rhinitis, bronchitis, pneumoconiosis and other trachea, bronchi, alveoli, chest cavity diseases occurring within. [0003] There are three main principles of existing nebulizers: ultrasonic nebulizer, compression nebulizer and mesh nebulizer. The three kinds of nebulizers respectively use ultrasonic wave, compre...
