The invention relates to the technical field of
radiation refrigeration materials, in particular to a method for preparing a
calcium magnesium silicate radiation refrigeration coating based on
yellow phosphorus slag, which comprises the following steps: S1, mixing the
yellow phosphorus slag and
magnesium oxide according to the weight ratio of (2: 1)-(10: 1), and ball-milling to obtain precursor
powder; s2,
sintering the precursor
powder at 800-1200 DEG C for 4-12 hours to generate a
calcium magnesium silicate primary reaction product; s3, ball-milling and sieving the
primary reaction product to obtain the
calcium magnesium silicate radiation refrigeration powder material with the particle size of 800-4000 meshes; s4, mixing aluminum dihydrogen
phosphate,
calcium magnesium silicate powder and water according to the
mass ratio of (1: 2: 1)-(1: 3: 2), adding a dispersing agent, a
wetting agent, a flatting agent and a defoaming agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a radiation refrigeration
coating; and S5, the surface of a
solid substrate is coated with the radiation refrigeration
coating to form a wet coating, and the radiation refrigeration coating is obtained after
drying. The coating disclosed by the invention is easy to produce and has a good application prospect in the
building industry.
