In the invention, the method is characterized in that: a base station sends information which carries a message that whether uplink TAs of a plurality of cells are the same to the terminal; the terminal determines whether the uplink TA of the new added cell configured by the base station for the terminal is the same with the uplink TA of a current service cell TA of the terminal; if the uplink TAs are the same, the current service cell TA is acquired and the TA is taken as the TA used in the uplink transmission performed in the new added cell; otherwise, through initiating a random access process, the TA used in the uplink transmission performed in the new added cell is obtained. Therefore, by using the method, the system and the equipment of the invention, the terminal can obtain the TA used in the uplink transmission performed on the new added cell.
