machine can be effectively heated; and when refrigerating operation is carried out, the fins on the cabinet-type air-conditioner indoor machine are in a vertical state, so that the wind quantity of circulating air can not be influenced, further, a larger wind quantity can be realized at a smaller rotating speed of the indoor fan, and
energy consumption and
noise can be greatly reduced.
