The invention relates to a mobile-type
tail-gas treatment process and device. The mobile-type
tail-gas treatment device mainly comprises a condensation
heat exchanger, a three-phase separator, membrane separation
assembly, a
vacuum pump, a
heat exchanger, a
catalytic oxidation reactor, a blower, an air supplement
machine, a vortex flow meter, a concentration monitor, a fire barrier, a vacuum meter, and valves. According to the invention, through the
heat exchanger and the three-phase separator,
residual moisture is condensed, partial organics are dissolved in an
oil phase for direct
recovery, uncondensed and unabsorbed
tail gases enter the membrane separation
assembly, after separation is performed by the membrane separation
assembly, the
pollutant concentration of tail gases in the retentate side of the membrane separation assembly is reduced, discharging is directly performed after a standard is reached, dense gases at the permeate side of the membrane separation assembly are subjected to a low-temperature
catalytic oxidation reaction, and discharging is directly performed after the treated dense gases reach the standard. The mobile-type tail-gas treatment process and device solve the
pollution problems caused by
discharge, and protect atmospheric environments.
