The invention discloses a preparation method of a prebaked
anode dry material. The method comprises the steps of firstly coarse crushing a
petroleum coke carbonaceous
raw material to 50-70 mm, calcining to obtain calcined
coke, then crushing to 70 mm or below, and sieving to obtain
petroleum coke particles of 3.15 mm or below; adding a certain proportion of
petroleum coke particles of 3.15-70 mm and carbonaceous raw materials of 50 mm or below into the particles of 3.15 mm or below to form a material A, and mixing the remaining
petroleum coke particles of 3.15-70 mm and the remaining carbonaceous raw materials of 50 mm or below to obtain a material B; and adding liquid
asphalt into the material A and the material B, mixing and pressing to obtain a material C and a material D, and separately calcining the material C and the material D. As the circumstances may require, all or part of a material obtained after the material C is calcined is used for preparing
powder, calcined
petroleum coke aggregate particles required in the
anode dry material formula are prepared firstly after the material D is calcined, while the surplus part is used for preparing
powder. Through technical transformation and production of the method, the prepared calcined coke product has lower resistivity and higher
conductivity; trace elements of calcined coke are balanced and
sulfur content is reduced; and the
recovery rate of the calcined coke is improved, and the cost is low.
