biological membrane is prepared through the steps that natural
extracellular matrix after
antigen removal is taken as a material, 2-10
layers of
monolayer materials with the same specification are placed in a staggered or parallel stacking manner, all the
layers attach to each other tightly by adopting clamps, freeze-
drying treatment is carried out under the vacuum condition, then the materials are placed in a vacuum oven to be subjected to dehydrothermal treatment, and finally, the
extracellular matrix biological membrane is subjected to
cobalt-60
irradiation or
ethylene oxide sterilization. The natural
extracellular matrix material is subjected to a series of
antigen removal treatment, thus the biological
membrane matrix material with a certain three-dimensional space structure is obtained, the biological
membrane matrix material is then subjected to freeze-
drying and dehydrothermal treatment, so that the biological
membrane matrix material is subjected to intramolecular
dehydration crosslinking, the
spatial structure is reinforced, the obtained material has high rehydration stability, and the
surgical operation is enabled to be more convenient. Meanwhile, the material has long degradation time in the body, the hydrophobicity and
mechanical strength are increased, and thus the natural
extracellular matrix biological membrane has great significance in isolating the anti-adhesion stress tissue with long repairing period.
