Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing health feed by using notoginseng residues fermenting. The method comprises: (1) pretreating notoginseng residues through drying, crushing and screening; (2) uniform mixing the pretreated notoginseng residues, water and nitrogen source; (3) treating the mixed materials through steam sterilization; (4) inoculating moulds and yeasts on the sterilized materials to carry out mixed culture solid-state fermentation; (5) drying the fermented products to obtain the health feed. According to the method provided by the present invention, the notoginseng residues can be transformed into a protein feed with disease prevention and health function.
