[0025] (1) Cut the corn stalks into 10-20cm long pieces and soak them in boiling water at 100°C for 48 hours, then dry them in the sun to remove the moisture on the surface of the stalks, and dry them in a vacuum oven at 80°C for 16 hours.

[0026] (2) The dried corn stalks were pretreated by the ammonia circulation blasting method, the reaction temperature was 70°C, the reaction pressure was 1.8Mpa, the maintenance pressure time was 5min, and the flow rate of ammonia water was 2L / min. Specifically, the corn stalks were put into Into the ammonia explosion reactor and add deionized water, after closing the valve, slowly feed ammonia water into the system, use steam to heat to the predetermined reaction temperature, and use the ammonia pump to make the ammonia water flow in the pump-ammonia explosion reactor- The ammonia liquid buffer tank circulates and flows. When the predetermined reaction time is reached, the starting ball valve is opened, and the pressure is released instant...

Abstract

The invention discloses an oil absorption material using cellulose as a base and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating the raw material corn straws with sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite to extract cellulose, and carrying out acetylation modification on the cellulose with acetic anhydride to obtain the natural high-efficiency oil absorption material. The technical scheme disclosed by the invention has efficient adsorption effect on marine oil spill; the oil absorption rate can reach more than 60 times; and the preparation method has the advantages of simple process and easy recovery.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a technology for removing organic pollutants in a seawater system in a large range, and more specifically relates to an adsorption material for marine oil spill and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the rapid development of the oil industry and offshore oil transportation, the consumption of hydrocarbons has increased greatly, and the resulting offshore oil pollution has fully attracted public attention. At present, oil-absorbing materials are commonly used to deal with oil spill pollution. Natural inorganic materials, natural fibers and synthetic polymer materials can be used as oil-absorbing materials. Natural inorganic materials include bentonite, silica, lime, activated carbon, etc. Natural fibers include pulp, coconut shell, cotton, straw, etc. Synthetic polymer materials include polypropylene, polystyrene, polyurethane foam, etc. Among them, natural inorganic materials have...
