Problems solved by technology

However, due to its active chemical properties, magnesium alloys have poor corrosion resistance and are prone to pitting corrosion. In the body fluid environment containing chloride ions, the corrosion rate of magnesium alloys is faster.
Excessive corrosion of magnesium alloys can lead to accumulation of hydrogen gas and alkalinization of the surrounding environment, leading to bubble septum and inflammation
At the same time, too fast corrosion will lead to too fast loss of mechanical properties of magnesium alloys, which cannot provide a suitable mechanical environment for hard tissue growth.

Abstract

The invention relates to a medical implant of a magnesium alloy/conversion coating and a preparation process of the medical implant. The implant consists of three parts, namely a magnesium alloy AZ31B serving as a matrix, a surface nanocrystallized transition layer and a conversion coating, wherein the conversion coating comprises the following components: Zn3(PO4)2.4H2O, Zn2Mg(PO4)2.4H2O, CaHPO4.2H2O and CePO4.H2O. The process comprises the following steps: forming the nanocrystallized layer on the surface of the magnesium alloy by adopting a multiple high-speed revolution rolling surface nanocrystallization process, and synthesizing the conversion coating on the nanocrystallized surface layer of the magnesium alloy by utilizing a hydrothermal reaction, thereby preparing the medical implant of the magnesium alloy/conversion coating. The implant has high corrosion resistance and has good biocompatibility, and the requirement on clinical application of the implant is met.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a magnesium alloy / conversion film medical implant and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of biomedical material science. Background technique [0002] Biomedical materials are materials used for diagnosing, treating, repairing or replacing diseased tissues and organs of living organisms, or improving their functions. It is usually used for human hard tissues such as teeth, bones, joints, etc. and soft tissues such as heart valves, meninges, peritoneum, artificial organs, etc. As a biomedical material, magnesium alloy has good mechanical properties, biocompatibility and degradability. Compared with traditional metal biomaterials such as stainless steel, cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy and titanium alloy, it has a density, compressive strength and elasticity closer to human bone. Modulus, can effectively avoid the stress shielding effect, is a good implant material. However, due to its active chemical propert...
