The raw materials have the advantages of wide source and low cost; the main raw material can be obtained by compositing the sewage plant activated sludge and the mixture of polyaspartic acid particles and the acidified zinc sulfide white under microwave effect, the main raw material is mixed with calcium oxide and the composite synergist in order to obtain the sewage processing agent. The method has the advantages of simple process and low cost. According to the sewage processing agent for processing sewage, the discharge quality of the processed sewage can exceed a national first level standard; and the sewage plant activated sludge at bottom of a comprehensive treatment pool can be used for preparing organic fertilizer or biomass fuels.
