Problems solved by technology

[0005] However, in this paper, the utilization rate of biomass is not high, the molding pressure is high, and the equipment wear is serious. The modified coal briquettes have low compressive strength and drop strength, which is not conducive to long-term storage and transportation. The excessive proportion of coal consumption is obviously not good. Conducive to saving coal resources and reducing CO emissions 2 , SO 2 , reduce the combustion requirements of soot and PM2.5, and blindly increase the content of biomass will inevitably lead to large smoke, low combustion efficiency, and small calorific value, which cannot meet the requirements of high heat release. Therefore, it is necessary to use the existing type Modification of coal production process to obtain energy-saving, efficient and clean biomass briquette fuel

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The biomass briquette based on corn stalks is characterized in that it is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight: coal powder 50, corn stalks 25, mulberry wood chips powder 17, limestone powder 11, flue ash 10. Activated carbon 6, manganese dioxide 1.4, nano-silicon carbide 2.2, vinegar-acrylic emulsion 9, tar 3, ammonium nitrate 0.5, manganese carbonate 0.4, magnesium powder 0.01, apocynum fiber 13, 1wt% sodium hydroxide solution in an appropriate amount.

[0016] The preparation method comprises the following steps:

[0017] (1) Stir the ammonium nitrate with water until it is completely dissolved, add activated carbon and impregnate for 10-12 hours, take it out and dry it in an oven at 105°C and grind it into powder, add nano-silicon carbide, magnesium powder, tar, and apocynum fiber to mix, and heat up to 80-90°C, ultrasonic grinding for 10-15 minutes, and spray drying to obtain a sulfur-fixing combustion aid;

[0018] (2) Stir mulberry wood chip po...

Abstract

The invention discloses biomass briquette with cornstalk as a base material. A sulfur-fixation combustion improver is added. By cooperation of components of the combustion improver, flue gas generated during the briquette combustion process is turned into coal gas, flame is increased, and emission of lots of fume and harmful gas is reduced. Meanwhile, biomass generated by fermentation is modified with a sodium hydroxide solution, lye releases -OH which enters lignin of biomass' cell walls to destroy pyranoid ring in lignin, separate cellulose and hemicellulose tangled in lignin and relieve a spatial three-dimensional cross-linked network structure of lignin and hemicelluloses. Through recombination, a complex spatial network structure is formed, and cohesiveness is raised, briquetting pressure is then reduced, and abrasion of equipment is relieved. The prepared biomass briquette has integrated advantages of low cost, low ignition point, high burn-off rate and waterproofness, and is of great significance for energy conservation and environmental protection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of clean coal application, in particular to a biomass briquette with corn stalks as a base material and a production method thereof. Background technique [0002] Biomass such as straw is the main solid waste in my country's agricultural production. Stacking and disposal occupy a large amount of agricultural land. Burning straw will cause air pollution, and the reduction degree of composting is low. In order to realize the resource utilization of waste and increase the intensity of digesting agricultural straw, some people add straw as a binder to clean briquette. [0003] Biomass briquette is an organic combination of primary energy coal and renewable bioenergy biomass. It is a new type of composite fuel and a new product that combines energy technology, emission reduction technology and clean coal technology. The industrialization of coal has opened up an effective new way for the energy conversion of agr...
