Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for rapidly providing medium and microelement nutrients to a granular fertilizer, the method is characterized in that the granular fertilizer is placed in mixing equipment, and the surface of the granular fertilizer is sprayed directly with a layer of medium and microelement nutrient agent according to measurement requirements. The medium and microelement nutrient agent comprises 33% to 76.3% by mass of the medium and trace element nutrients, 1% to 5% by mass of a dispersant, 1% to 5% by mass of a wetting agent, 1% to 5% by mass of a film-forming agent, 0.5% to 5% by mass of a film-forming aid, 0.1% to 5% by mass of a filler, 20% to 40% by mass of water and 0.1% to 2% by mass of a pigment. The method has the advantages that a medium and microelement nutrient layer is rapidly and efficiently formed on the surface of the fertilizer so as to effectively separate the replacement reaction of metal elements and ions in the fertilizer system to ensure the effectiveness of the added medium and microelements, the method is more suitable for BB fertilizer blending; no additional drying is added; the adding process is extremely simple; the method is free of back materials and flexible in formula switching; when the granular fertilizer is marked by colors, and the medium and microelement nutrients are coated, the granular fertilizer can carry different colors, is different from a common fertilizer, also can better meet color marking requirements of BB fertilizers (bulk blend fertilizers).
