The material provided by the invention is characterized in that dopamine is taken as a bionic adhesive, and two ends of the hydrophilic polymer are fixed on thesurface of the SEBS to construct a loop conformation of the hydrophilic polymer; and the whole surface grafting process does not use an organic solvent, thereby avoiding the pollution and poison of the organic solvent.
