Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of anti-diabetic medicines and in particular relates to application of rubusoside and chitosan combination in preparation of anti-diabetic medicines. The invention first provides a microwave-assisted method for extracting rubusoside. The method comprises the step of adding sweet tea powder subjected to degreasing and impurity removal with petroleum ether into anacidic extracting solution to be extracted, wherein the extraction rate is 92.43%. The method has the effects of being high in extraction efficiency and capable of saving the extraction time and simplifying the preparation process. The invention further provides the application of rubusoside and chitosan combination in preparation of the anti-diabetic medicines. The inventor finds in research thatthe combination of the rubusoside and chitosan can achieve comprehensive treatment effects of regulating the blood glucose index, lowering blood lipids and improving the pathological states of the liver, kidney and pancreas, is greater than the sum of treatment effects of single components, and provides support for development of the anti-diabetic medicines.
