Problems solved by technology

However, poor water resistance, high sensitivity to humidity and easy disintegration in water are still the main disadvantages of starch and polyvinyl alcohol blends
The natural active ingredient plant essential oil can be added to the biofilm as a functional factor to improve the antibacterial and antioxidant properties of the biofilm. The plant essential oil itself is volatile, and it is easy to evaporate and lose in the process of film making and storage, resulting in the loss of essential oil in the modified film. low retention rate

Embodiment 1

[0028] In this embodiment, a preparation method based on cornstarch crosslinked modified film is as follows:

[0029] (1) Carvacrol nanoemulsion: add 3.33 mL of absolute ethanol and 6.67 mL of Tween-80 to 90 mL of distilled water to form the water phase, mix the water phase with 10 mL of the oil phase, i.e. carvacrol, and use a shear dispersion emulsifier to dissolve The mixture was emulsified at a speed of 12000 rpm for 2 min, and a coarse emulsion was obtained at room temperature. Carvacrol nanoemulsions were prepared by ultrasonically treating the crude emulsion with an ultrasonic cell disruptor for 30 min (500 W, 10 s at intervals of 10 s) in an ice bath (4°C);

[0030] (2) Weigh 3.5 g of cornstarch, 3.5 g of polyvinyl alcohol, 4 g of glycerin, and 0.2 g of sodium bisulfite at room temperature, add 100 mL of distilled water and stir in a 90ºC water bath with a magnetic force at 500 rpm for 60 min. Natural cooling to room temperature 25 ºC;

[0031] (3) Use 1% hydrochlori...

Embodiment 2

[0037] In this example, the process steps of a method for preparing a modified film based on cornstarch crosslinking are the same as in Example 1, except that glyoxal with a mass fraction of 3.0% is added in step (3), and the obtained film Labeled GLY-30.

[0038] In this example, the process steps of a method for preparing a modified film based on cornstarch crosslinking are the same as in Example 1, except that glyoxal with a mass fraction of 4.5% is added in step (3), and the obtained film Labeled GLY-45.

Embodiment 4

[0040] In this example, the process steps of a method for preparing a modified film based on cornstarch crosslinking are the same as in Example 1, except that glyoxal with a mass fraction of 6.0% is added in step (3), and the obtained film Labeled GLY-60.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a cross-linked modified film based on corn starch. The preparation method comprises the following steps: blending corn starch, polyvinyl alcohol, glycerol and sodium hydrogen sulfite in water to obtain a blend, stirring, and adding a cross-linking agent glyoxal to carry out chemical cross-linking reaction; and then adding carvacrol nano-emulsion, uniformly stirring, carrying out ultrasonic degassing, measuring, casting and spreading on a plastic culture dish, and drying to form a film. According to the method, after cross-linking of glyoxal with different mass fractions, the number of cross-linking points of a corn starch / polyvinyl alcohol system is increased, the number of hydroxyl groups is reduced, the biocompatibility is improved, a three-dimensional compact structure is formed, and the membrane structure is more compact and continuous; the water resistance, the mechanical property, the optical property and the barrier property of the cross-linked modified film based on the corn starch are obviously improved; moreover, certain antioxidation and antibacterial activity can be kept within a relatively long storage time, so that the cross-linked modified film is a low-cost and degradable bioactive substitute material, and has potential value in the aspects of food preservation, especially fruit and vegetable preservation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a biofilm modification technology, in particular to a preparation method of a cornstarch-based crosslinked modified film. Background technique [0002] Polyvinyl alcohol is a hydrophilic, non-toxic and degradable polymer material. It has the characteristics of thickening, film-forming, emulsification, and non-toxic. It can be widely used in packaging film, textile and paper coating industries. However, the low biodegradation rate, high cost, and the easy deterioration of mechanical properties caused by humidity changes greatly limit the application of polyvinyl alcohol in the packaging industry. [0003] Biocomposite membranes are usually made of a mixture of polysaccharides, proteins, and lipids. In recent years, biofilms have attracted widespread attention because of their green, non-polluting, renewable and broad application prospects. As a raw material for film-making, corn starch has a wide range of sources, low cost, bi...
