Problems solved by technology

However, the synthesis of CuCrSe by high-temperature solid-state reaction method 2 The process requires high energy consumption and long time, which is not conducive to the future CuCrSe 2 Industrialization development
In addition, the products of high-temperature solid-state reaction methods often show the shortcomings of uncontrollable size and inhomogeneous morphology, which will also affect or limit CuCrSe 2 performance and application development in micro-nano devices

[0038] A rhombohedral CuCrSe 2 The preparation of nanomaterials comprises the steps of:

[0039] (1) In a 100ml three-neck flask, add 0.1mmol copper acetylacetonate, 0.1mmol chromium acetylacetonate, 0.2mmol diphenyl diselenide and 6.0ml oleylamine respectively to obtain a mixed solution.

[0040] (2) Introduce nitrogen gas into the three-neck flask in step (1), and heat the mixture to 130°C for 30 minutes under magnetic stirring to remove moisture and low-boiling impurities in the reaction system.

[0041] (3) Continue to heat the mixture to 280°C and keep it warm for 30 minutes, cool to room temperature after the reaction, and centrifuge to separate the solid product in the reaction solution, then wash the solid product centrifugally with cyclohexane and absolute ethanol for 3 Second, the obtained solid product is the target product.

Abstract

The invention discloses a rhombic phase CuCrSe2 nano material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The crystal form of the CuCrSe2 nano material is a rhombic phase, and the micro-structure of the CuCrSe2 nano material is of a nano scale disc-shaped and/or polygonal sheet-shaped structure. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) performing solvothermal reaction on a high-boiling-point reaction medium containing a soluble copper source, a chromium source and a selenium source; and (2) after the solvothermal reaction is completed, separating out a solid product, and removing the residual solvent on the surface of the solid product. The rhombic phase CuCrSe2 nano material synthesized by the method disclosed by the invention is high in crystallinity, high in mono-dispersity and uniform in morphology and size, and has the morphology of a disc-shaped or polygonal sheet structure. The method is mild in reaction condition and simple in process, controllable preparation of the mono-dispersed rhombic CuCrSe2 nano material with controllable size, uniform morphology and high crystallinity is achieved, and the nano material has wide application prospects in the field of optoelectronic devices.
