The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively weighing and drying urea, ammonium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate, sulfur, zinc oxide powder and bio-based polyurethane for later use; uniformly mixing urea, ammonium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate and potassium sulfate, and carrying out granulating to obtain a fertilizer master batch; and putting the fertilizer master batch into a rotary drum, uniformly spraying sulfur, zinc oxide powder and bio-based polyurethane on the surface of the fertilizer master batch, and then putting the formed mixture into a drying oven for treatment until the mixture is completely dried so as to obtain the zinc-efficient special corn fertilizer.
