The invention provides chalcone-terminated photosensitive waterborne polyurethane, a preparation method thereof and a waterborne polyurethane/epoxy acrylate cured film prepared from the chalcone-terminated photosensitive waterborne polyurethane, the photosensitive waterborne polyurethane is prepared from raw materials including polyisocyanate, oligomer polyol and chalcone, the polyurethane is subjected to end capping treatment through the chalcone, and the curing effect of the chalcone is improved. A photosensitive group is added into polyurethane through a covalent bond, so that the polyurethane is endowed with excellent photocuring performance, has photosensitivity under the irradiation of ultraviolet light and visible light, can be cured under the condition that a photoinitiator does not need to be added, and meanwhile, has good photocuring performance. A waterborne polyurethane/epoxy acrylate cured film prepared by taking the photosensitive waterborne polyurethane as a raw material is good in thermal stability, high in adhesive force and impact strength and good in application prospect.
