The invention discloses a stomach-protecting gut-purging Pu'er tea and a production process thereof. The stomach-protecting gut-purging Pu'er tea comprises, by mass, 1.5 to 2.5 g of Eurycoma longifolia and 320 to 400 g of Pu'er tea leaves. The production process comprises the following steps: withering, enzyme deactivation, rolling, drying in the sun, blending, autoclaving, spreading for natural cooling, oven drying and packaging; or withering, enzyme deactivation, rolling, drying in the sun, wetting with water, pile fermentation, drying, pile breaking, grading and electrostatic treatment, blending, autoclaving, airing for drying, oven drying and packaging. According to the invention, high-quality raw unfermented Pu'er tea leaves or high-quality raw fermented Pu'er tea leaves obtained after pile fermentation are blended with the national medicinal material treasure of Malaysia, i.e., Eurycoma longifolia, so synthetic probiotics beneficial for the body are produced by the tea leaves andthe medicinal material; and thus, the obtained Pu'er tea is capable of protecting the stomach and nourishing the intestines and the body.
