The present invention discloses and claims a single vehicle that has both full fire fighting capability in the form of a pumper in permanent combination with full medical rescue and transport capability. Provided is a transport pumper of conventional design having a crew cab with four entrances, a large capacity fire pump, a tank containing a quantity of water, another tank containing a quantity of foam, a substantial length and diameter of fire hose, ground ladders, a side controlled pump operator's panel, and all other necessary equipment to be in substantial compliance with NFPA Standard 1901.
