The invention discloses a UDWDM-PON transmitter based on the wavelength automatic locking and tracking technology. The UDWDM-PON transmitter includes a laser, an attenuator and a first 1x8 coupler which are connected in sequence to a microwave source; 8 channels are formed after the first 1x8 coupler. All the channels are concentrated on an optical fiber through a second 8x1 coupler; the laser isa mode-locked laser; the first, third, fifth, and seventh channels are odd-numbered channels, and the second, fourth, sixth, and eighth channels are even-numbered channels. The odd-numbered channels are used as the downlink optical carrier to carry the downlink data, and the even-numbered channels are used as the uplink optical carrier to complete the transmission of the user information. An optical frequency comb generated by the mode-locked laser is used as a wavelength reference, and the injection locking is performed on the plurality of DFB lasers to complete the separation of the wavelength reference, so that the problem of wavelength synchronization in the access network is solved; and selective modulation is performed on the separated multiple channels to track the wavelength reference of the mode-locked laser, and the stability of the small channel spacing in the access network can be ensured.

Incident terahertz waves pass through a terahertz wave collimator to become a collimated wave beam, the collimated wave beam sequentially enters multiple overlapped independent modulation channel modules to be independently modulated, each independent modulation channel module outputs an independent modulation signal, then all the output independent modulation signals are sequentially combined through terahertz wave channel combiners in the modulation channel modules and output uniformly from a system output opening, and clutter absorption devices are arranged in the independent modulation channel modules with the terahertz wave channel combiners. The invention provides a single-state semi-quantum key distribution system and method.The system comprises a sending end and a receiving end, the sending end comprises a signal light unit, a light transmission unit, a phase modulator unit and a detector unit, and the signal light unit, the light transmission unit and the phase modulator unit are sequentially connected; the detector unit is connected with the phase modulator unit and the light transmission unit, and the phase modulator unit is a non-equal-arm interferometer; the receiving end comprises an intensity modulator unit, the intensity modulator unit is connected with the phase modulator unit, and the intensity modulator unit is an interference loop; and the interference loop is used for loading voltage to the received optical pulse group sent by the non-equal-arm interferometer to obtain a processed optical pulse group, and sending the processed optical pulse group to the non-equal-arm interferometer. According to the system and the method, a selective modulation mode is adopted to realize a single-state semi-quantum key distribution protocol, the problem of unreasonable design of an existing system is solved, and the system and the method have extremely high safety and practical application feasibility.

The invention discloses a long-service-life electrochromic film capable of selectively regulating and controlling light and heat. Transparent conductive coated glass is used as a substrate, and an FTOnano hole array film and an amorphous WO3 film are sequentially prepared on the substrate to form an embedded amorphous WO3 composite film having an FTO nano array, wherein the array is a regularly-arranged hole array, and the amorphous WO3 film is filled in a circular hole of the FTO nano hole array film and higher than a depth of the circular hole of the FTO nano hole array film. A preparationmethod of the film comprises the following steps: preparing the FTO nano hole array by utilizing laser interference combined with a photosensitive sol-gel technique, and filling an amorphous WO3 matrix on the hole array by utilizing an a sol-gel technique to form the composite film. The composite film disclosed by the invention can maintain a more excellent selective modulation effect on the lightand the heat after 100,000 electrochromic cycles due to ultra-strong chemical stability of FTO; and the preparation method of the film has the characteristics that the process is controllable and thelarge-area film is easy to form, and is suitable for industrialized mass production.
