The present invention discloses an integrated recycling and utilization technology of
urban tree branches and tree leaves. The technology is characterized in that firstly collected tree
branch and tree leaf waste is classified; the tree leaf waste is made into an
animal feed: the tree leaf waste is dried at a temperature of 80 DEG C to 120 DEG C, the dried tree leaf waste is crushed, the crushed tree leaf waste is mixed evenly with a concentrate feed composed of corn, wheat
bran and oil residues, the mixture is granulated, and the granulated mixture is dried into the
animal feed; the tree
branch waste is carbonized into
charcoal products: the tree branches with a
diameter of 3 cm or more are directly carbonized, the carbonized tree branches are activated by steam, and the activated tree branches are prepared into
charcoal; and the tree branches at a
diameter of 3 cm or below are crushed, the crushed tree branches are dried, the dried tree branches are prepared into semi-finished woodenstrips, then the wooden strips are carbonized, the carbonized wooden strips are activated by steam, and the activated wooden strips are dried to prepare the
charcoal; and the wastes of withered branches and leaves, and weeds are prepared into an
organic fertilizer: the wastes of withered branches and leaves produced by trimming lawns, flowers and plants,
plant ash, and charcoal
powder produced bythe process of carbonizing the tree
branch waste into charcoal products are combined with animal
manure for mixed
fermentation, and the fermented mixture is prepared into a charcoal-based
organic fertilizer.
