The invention discloses a novel emergent delivery aiding device for a gynaecology and obstetrics department. The device structurally comprises a device base, four universal wheels, an arc rack, an operation machine body, a control panel, a rapid inflation device, an inflation hose, an operation handle, a delivery aiding air bag, a handle hinge and a push-pull handle. The universal wheels are arranged at the lower end of the device base, the universal wheels are in screw connection with the lower surface of the device base through screws, and the arc rack is erected at the upper back portion ofthe device base. By arranging the rapid inflation device, air treatment can be performed while preparation is made before delivery aiding so that treated air can be provided for rapid inflation, thewaiting time is greatly shortened, the pain caused to a pregnant woman is reduced, the device is better applicable to emergent delivery aiding, the delivery aiding efficiency of the device is effectively improved, and the applicability of the device is enhanced.
