Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical testing, in particular to an aspartate aminotransferase detection reagent for a POCT analyzer. Background technique [0002] Liver disease is a common and extremely harmful disease. Its timely diagnosis and treatment play an important role in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) exists widely in various tissues in the body. The heart activity is the highest, and the content in normal human serum is very small. A high AST indicates liver cell damage, which is generally seen in various liver and gallbladder diseases such as hepatitis B, cirrhosis, fatty liver, and alcoholic liver. At present, AST generally adopts various large-scale automatic biochemical analyzers for detection, but due to the high price of large-scale automatic biochemical analyzer equipment and complicated operation, operators need to have relevant professional knowledge and rec...
