The modified white latex simulant comprises polyvinyl alcohol, formaldehyde, butenal, urea, hydroxylamine hydrochloride, ammonium persulfate, stearic acid, wollastonite powder and deionized water. The modified white latex simulant has viscosity of 22Pa.s, bonding intensity of 5.2MPa and boiling water resistance of 20min. Unmodified white latex simulant has viscosity of 13Pa.s, bonding intensity of 3.7MPa and boiling water resistance of 10min. The modified white latex simulant has high bonding intensity close to white latex bonding intensity of 6.5MPa and has obviously improved creep resistance and heat resistance. The modified white latex simulant has the advantages of simple processes, no organic solvent, no toxicity, nonflammability, wide raw material sources and low price.
