Problems solved by technology

This patent can overcome some of the technical problems mentioned above, but still has the following disadvantages: 1. The technical route of the patented process is very cumbersome and complicated, the operation is difficult, and the time and labor costs are high; 2. The pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared by the patent The comprehensive performance of the inorganic particles largely depends on the dispersion characteristics of the inorganic particles. The inorganic particles used must first be treated with a silane coupling agent of a specific structure, otherwise they are easily precipitated from the system, or even agglomerated to cause serious phase separation. For pressure sensitive The peel strength and tensile strength of the glue caused serious damage; 3. The pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared by this patent has a low service temperature, and the heat-resistant temperature is generally lower than 300°C, which cannot meet the use requirements of higher temperatures

Abstract

The invention relates to a UV-polymerizable POSS modified acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive which comprises the following components: an acrylate copolymer, a viscosity modifier, a molecular weightmodifier, an interface promoter, POSS (polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane) and a photoinitiator. According to the invention, a UV-polymerization technique is employed to produce a POSS modified acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive which has extremely high interfacial stress dispersion capability and can well resist the damage of thermal expansion and contraction to a material. Meanwhile, the UV-polymerization technique which has the advantages of zero solvent, no pollution, few reaction steps and high reaction efficiency is employed to produce a UV-polymerizable POSS modified acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive. The acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive provided by the invention is excellent in adhesion, peel strength, tensile strength and high temperature resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of pressure-sensitive adhesives, in particular to a UV polymerized POSS-modified acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives are widely used because of their excellent bonding performance and good interfacial stress dispersion ability to various substrates. According to their polymerization methods, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives can be divided into solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesives and emulsion-type Pressure-sensitive adhesives, hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives, water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesives and UV-type pressure-sensitive adhesives. [0003] With the gradual development of society, the requirements for environmental protection are getting higher and higher. Due to the presence of organic solvents in solvent-type pressure-sensitive adhesives, there are serious poisons to the human body and the...
