Example Embodiment

[0030] Example 1

[0031] An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing an electrochemical sensor for sensitive detection of copper ions, including:

[0032] (1) Put 0.10g potassium nitrate, 0.714g cobalt chloride hexahydrate, and 1.40g hexamethylenetetramine in a beaker at a molar ratio of 1:3:10, and add 50mL 10%(V / V) Ethanol-water mixture, stir to dissolve evenly. Then add 0.714g polyvinylpyrrolidone (K-30), stir for 5min, transfer the mixed solution to a high pressure reactor lined with polytetrafluoroethylene, and react at 110°C for 3h at a constant temperature. After the reaction liquid was cooled to room temperature, filtered, the solid product was washed 3 times with ultrapure water, and dried at 60° C. to obtain a polyvinylpyrrolidone / cobalt oxyhydroxide composite.

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of an electrochemical sensor used for sensitively detecting copper ions. The preparation method includes the following steps: synthesizing polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)/cobalt oxyhydroxide composite material through a hydrothermal method; and carrying out drip-coating of polyvinylpyrrolidone/cobalt oxyhydroxide suspended liquid on a glassy carbon electrode, and carrying out drying under an infrared lamp to obtain the electrochemical sensor by preparation. Cobalt oxyhydroxide has good electrochemical catalytic activity, complexation of heteroatoms (nitrogen and oxygen atoms) in polyvinylpyrrolidone and the copper ions shows high selectivity, combination of the two parts enables the electrochemical sensor of the invention to have high specific response to the copper ions, and sensitive detection on a trace amount of copper ions is realized. According to the electrochemical sensor to which the invention relates, preparation is simple, costs are low, stability is good, a linear range is wide, sensitivity and selectivity are high, and a fast, effective and sensitive method with high accuracy is provided for detection of copper in soil, water and food.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of electrochemical sensors, and relates to a method for preparing an electrochemical sensor for heavy metal ions, in particular to a method for preparing an electrochemical sensor for highly sensitive detection of copper ions. Background technique [0002] Over the past few decades, industrial agricultural activities such as metallurgy and plastic production, pesticide and fertilizer use, and fossil fuel and mining processes have released large amounts of heavy metals into agricultural soils and environmental water sources, resulting in increasing heavy metal pollution. Heavy metals have the characteristics of high toxicity, non-biodegradation, and easy bioaccumulation. Even extremely low concentrations of heavy metal pollution may cause serious harm to the ecological environment and human health. Copper is a heavy metal widely used by humans and is also an essential trace element for the human body, but excessive int...
