demagnetizing device is arranged on the trolley body. A circulation mechanism is arranged over the vehicle body and drives liquid to flow through the
demagnetizer, and a high-intensity
magnetic field environment is constructed through a built-in
magnet assembly of the circulation mechanism. When
slag needs to be discharged, power is
cut off to demagnetize the
magnet assembly, and under the action of
fluid pressure or gravity,
metal particles adsorbed on the surface of the
magnet flow to the blow-down valve along with liquid to complete
impurity emptying operation. The circulating mechanism drives the liquid to continuously flow through the
demagnetizer to form a circulating flow path, so that ferromagnetic impurities in the liquid have more opportunities to be in contact with a high-intensity
magnetic field area, the demagnetizing effect is further improved, and it is ensured that the ferromagnetic impurities in the liquid are fully adsorbed.
