The invention belongs to the technical field of
polymer preparation, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a
thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. The method comprises the following steps: S1, melting
polymer polyester diol (PES), equivalently adding the molten PES into two material tanks A, carrying out heating to a required material temperature of 100-120 DEG C, removing vacuum, and introducing
nitrogen for later use; S2, melting diisocyanate (MDI), equivalently adding molten MDI into the two reaction kettles, carrying out heating to 45-52 DEG C in a water-bath flowing manner,carrying out vacuum degassing for 30-45 minutes under low-speed stirring, removing vacuum, and introducing
nitrogen for later use, wherein diisocyanate in the reaction kettles is heated in the water bath flowing heating manner, so the vacuum degassing efficiency of the heated diisocyanate is improved; and S3, conveying stock solutions prepared in the steps S1 and S2 and various solvents to a pouring head, carrying out uniform primary mixing under high-speed stirring, conveying the obtained mixture to a double-screw reaction extruder, carrying out further uniform mixing and a
chemical reaction,and carrying out
granulation and screening to prepare the
thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer.
