steel tube is filled, the steel-tube recycled concrete column is connected with the steel girder in a fastened mode through the angle iron, a joint area is formed at the connected position of the steel-tube recycled concrete column and the steel girder, the internally-arranged steel tube is located at the portion, located in the joint area, of the coating steel tube, and the portion, located in the joint area, of the coating steel tube is tightly bound by the coating tube binder in a surrounding mode while the coating tube binder is connected with a web of the steel girder in a fastened mode. No penetrating part exists in the steel-tube recycled concrete column and the joint area, and therefore convenience is brought to
